Every correction made to a published case, with the date, the case and what changed.
When an error in a published case is reported and confirmed, we fix the article and record the change here. We do not quietly edit facts. Wording, layout and link changes that do not alter what an article says are not listed.

The introduction said the patient died during one of her five operations. That was wrong and contradicted the case itself: her heart stopped during one of the operations and she was resuscitated. The introduction now says she went into cardiac arrest during one of them, matching the case record and the section describing the operations.
