Every case here starts from the original paper. It is researched, written up, checked line by line by Dr. Eron Shehu and given a diagram drawn for it. That takes time, and the site is free to read with no paywall. Members on Patreon are what make the time possible.

What does not change
Every case is still published here, free, for everyone. Members see new cases first; nobody sees them instead of you.
Support buys no influence over what a case says. The monthly vote chooses which case is written next, not what it concludes, and every article goes through the same sourcing and review described in our editorial standards.
Payments are handled by Patreon. We never see your card details, and you can change or cancel your membership on Patreon at any time.
