The diagrams are free to reuse
Every original diagram on MedicaseHub is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Use it, adapt it, and credit us.
What you can do
Every diagram we have drawn for this site is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy it, share it, adapt it, recolour it and use it for any purpose, including commercially: in teaching material, presentations, articles, videos and textbooks. You do not need to ask.
The one condition
Credit MedicaseHub, link to the page you took the diagram from, and say if you changed it. For example:
Diagram: MedicaseHub, medicasehub.com/case-036, CC BY 4.0
If you adapted it, add “adapted” or a short note of what you changed.
What this licence covers
It covers the original SVG diagrams marked “original diagram” on each case, the files listed on the diagrams page, and the share images made from them.
What it does not cover
The article text is not covered. Quote it briefly with a link, as you would any publication.
Clinical photographs and figures reproduced from other sources are not ours to license. Each one is credited on the page where it appears, with its own licence; reuse it under that licence, not this one.
The MedicaseHub name and logo are not covered.
Files
Every diagram is an SVG, so it stays sharp at any size and can be edited in Illustrator, Inkscape or Figma. Use Open the SVG under any diagram on the diagrams page to get the file itself. If you adapt one and it would be useful to others, tell us and we will link to your version.
